Thanks you for your response. First off let me tell you I was able to find the Len's I lost and took it to walmart and they fixed it in just minutes. So obviously it was not a major repair. I was in the service business ( restaurant) for 20+ years and your response was stellar and all I need to build my faith in your company. Honestly with the way service businesses are today i didn't even expect a response, so thank you for your offer to replace but it wont be necessary.

As for the blurry spots, you are correct in your advice. the prescript is correct and its just my unfamiliarness with progressive lens's. First time wearer of glasses. The vision as I look straight is perfect I was just concerned with the peripheral vision which I now know is just the way its gonna be. I have also been told this by other Friends who wear this type of Len's as well.

 

So all is good ! And be assured I will continue to use and recommend your company. In fact I will be ordering another pair to have as a spare here in the next couple weeks.

Wanted to let you know that while you said my new glasses would go out in the mail monday the 4th, I actually received them today (the 4th).
I am very pleased with my new glasses, VERY pleased. I will be telling everyone I know that wears glasses about you guys.
This pair of glasses cost me 151 dollars.
I was quoted by two different stores, Americas Best and Pearl Vision. Both were almost the same with rimless frames for between 300 and 400 dollars and the lenses almost 200 dollars.
Thank you so much for saving me so much money. I've been out of work because of surgury since the last week of September. Had it not been for Greateyeglasses.com I would have had to wait for several monthes after I went back to work to afford them.
