Shipping
Orders shipped in the USA are shipped via Unites States Postal Service First Class. Shipping is $7.99 total per order, no matter how many pair of eyeglasses you order.
Order one pair of glasses or order 50 pair of glasses and it's still only $7.99. Most orders will be delivered in less than 21days.
Some orders require some extra or custom lab work like progressives, bi-focals, custom suntint, or extra strength prescriptions can take three to six days extra.
All glasses are shipped with a hard case and lens cleaning cloth. If you need to return any glasses for any reason please be sure to return them in the same protective hard case they arrived in.
International shipping is $15.99 per order anywhere in the world. It is not uncommon for a small package to be "hand screened" by customs. If this should occur, it could add several weeks to the delivery time. (note* - tracking information is not provided once the package has crossed the border)
Return Policy
At GreatEyeglasses.com your satisfaction is our highest priority. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your eyeglasses, return them to us within 14 days for a 50% refund.
We will refund your charges directly to your credit card as we do not issue store credit.
If there has been an error at the lab, or a defect in the eyeglasses that has gotten by our quality control department, we will gladly replace and ship them to you at no cost.
