Return Policy

At GreatEyeglasses.com your satisfaction is our highest priority. It really is. We will try almost anything to make sure you feel the love and get whatever problem you might have resolved to your satisfaction.

If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your eyeglasses, return them to us within 14 days for a 50% refund. We will refund your charges directly to your credit card, as we do not issue store credit.

If there has been an error at the lab, or a defect in the eyeglasses that has gotten by our quality control department, we will gladly replace and ship them to you at no cost. Please contact our customer service department before sending any glasses back.
