We are incredibly lucky to have such great people working with us.  Our customer service reps are spread out across several states and mostly work from their homes where they are able to balance work and family.

They have been asked by us to do whatever it takes to make sure customers are happy with our company and their glasses-buying experience

Most of our lab work is done in one facility that is located in America and the staff there are all professionals who are really dedicated to doing a great job
